addition to this website, the Q-70 Program also maintains a restricted
access website for use by our partners and customers. This
website is called the Q-70 Integrated Data Environment
(IDE).
To gain access to this website, you
must request access. To
assure the identity and access level of each request made you must
fill out the attached Eagan External
Network Access Request Form. The information being requested on
this form is similar to that needed if you were making a
"physical" visit to our facilities in Eagan and for which
you would file a Visit Request form. In this case you will be
making a "virtual" visit to our on-line facility and we are
requesting information which will qualify you to make an unescorted
on-line visit to our WEB page. Additional information (Network/IP
address) is requested to allow us to clearly identify if your access
is coming from your machine or firewall for your ISP. The Network/IP
address must be the IP address of your machine or the IP address of
the firewall that protects your site. Please also briefly identify the
reason you require access and the name of an Internal Sponsor at
LM-TDS Eagan or PMS 440 with whom you have been working.
Please remember that access is being requested
by the individual whose name appears on the form and a single digital
certificate will be generated and sent to that person. The certificate
should be installed and used only on the machine residing at the IP
address listed on the application form. The individual receiving the
certificate will be responsible for ensuring that access to the Q-70
WEB site remains secure at his/her machine and protected from
unauthorized access at all times.
