The
AN/UYQ-70 E-2C ACIS version is a modern aircraft display system with a
state-of-the-art open system architecture. The E-2C ACIS incorporates
high performance commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) modules with a full
color workstation capability for Airborne Electronic Warfare (AEW)
operators. This Q-70 variant uses conformal-coated components to
withstand the rapid changes in its operational environment. The E-2C
ACIS is specifically designed to replace legacy display components in
the limited space of the E-2C Hawkeye aircraft. |
