The purpose of the Q-70 TI program is to provide a framework to identify, monitor, and accelerate introduction of leading edge technology to the Fleet that meets Navy user program requirements.  The key to this successful TI program is the continuous monitoring of both commercial technologies and Q-70 user program requirements, plus the active coupling of requirements and technologies.   This approach yields high value improvement in Navy combat systems architecture and capability, while ensuring commonality.  This framework includes demonstrations for current and future Q-70 users  displaying advanced technologies that solve user requirements.
